Saturday, February 26
10 am Walk-About within the Southern Branch of the Markham
Ravine, with Bill Plumb Markham Ravine Neighborhood Committee) and
Riley Swift (Restoration Resources), to discuss Brookview Markham
Ravine needs and answer questions.

Saturday, April 2
Start of the 2005 Lincoln Creek Week festivities. 10 am at
Markham Park (Toyon Circle Dr. in Lincoln). Ribbon cutting ceremony
to celebrate opening of newly expanded neighborhood park. This
"Celebration in the Park" will be followed by a picnic and many
children's festivities.

Wednesday, April 6
The second "Stakeholders" public meeting to discuss the
activities and progress of Foothill Associates, as they prepare a
"master plan" for the implementation of enhancements for all of
Markham Ravine, has been postponed until May. On April 6th,
however, there will be a community gathering and festivities at the
McBean Park pavilion building on Hwy 193, starting at 6 pm. Specific
details will be posted on our website at a later date.

Saturday, April 9
9 am Annual Creek Week clean up throughout the Markham Ravine.
Specific clean up schedule for the Southern branch, within the
Brookview community area, is yet to be determined.
